Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. You remain responsible for reviewing all final materials before using them for applications, agencies, or professional submissions.

No job guarantee

Purchase of a resume service does not guarantee interviews, placement, offers, or employment outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, experience, agencies, references, and the quality of information provided.

Payments and refunds

Payments are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Because work begins based on your order and submitted materials, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If an issue comes up, please contact us and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it.

Turnaround times

Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on project scope, response times, revision needs, and current workload.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions related to the original project scope may be included depending on the service purchased. Major scope changes, new target roles, or additional deliverables may require a new purchase or added fee.

Final delivered resume materials are intended for your personal professional use. Site content, branding, and business materials remain the property of My Nanny Resume unless otherwise stated.

We may use third-party tools and platforms, including payment processors, website hosting, and form services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of third-party providers.
